This incredible Swainson’s Hawk came to us from MCAS Yuma in critical condition severely emaciated, weak, and unable to stand on her own. Thanks to quick action and compassionate care, she was given the chance she desperately needed. Over the course of two months, our team worked tirelessly to nurse her back to health. Through proper nutrition, medical care, and specialized falconry-based conditioning techniques, she gradually rebuilt her strength, endurance, and flight muscles. Each day brought progress, and today, she stands strong and ready for the skies once again. Watching her take flight back into the wild is a powerful reminder of why wildlife rehabilitation matters. This release represents hope, resilience, and what’s possible when a community comes together to protect our native wildlife. Thank you to everyone who supports our mission and makes moments like this possible.
